There was no money back guarantee from Ebay and despite Ebay charging a “Buyer Protection” fee, I was left with £11 out of pocket, no book and absolutely at the mercy of Ebay’s decision to not pay me a refund after I appealed. Gary was kind enough to reimburse me half of the money (he didn’t have to) and I appreciate that. Thank you.

I have refunded the buyer in full as the item didn’t arrive as it was lost over the festive period in the post. Then the buyer still leaves negative feedback. eBay will never protect sellers this is why sellers are leaving this platform in droves. Get on Vinted guys.
