I contacted the seller and I did receive a small partial refund. Now I’m debating if it’s more cost effect to pay someone to fix this globe or just purchase another one elsewhere. In hindsight, I would’ve rather sent it back & received a full refund to put towards purchasing a globe elsewhere but that option was not presented to me. We’ll maybe try fixing it ourselves.
