    Seller refused to ship after I won the auction at a lower price. Provided fake tracking ("label created" only) and never mailed item. Waited weeks, then refunded to avoid responsibility. Dishonest and manipulative behavior. Avoid this seller.

    Buyer reported the issue I went back to the USPS asked them what may have happened. The clerk originally had an issue scanning the item. He got it to scan and took the item. The clerk said that it possibly would have to be manually entered into the system and that the item would only show when it reached the final post office. The item was going to Hawaii. I gave it another week. Still there were no update in the tracking. I went back to USPS they could not explain it and I refunded the money.
