    For me its not about how you handle a normal sale but how you handle when things went wrong and seller did great! Put the order in and when the items arrived there were 2 cards (I had ordered 4). Notified the Seller and they immediately shipped out the missing two. Those arrived relatively quickly and I popped one into my server and it ran no problem.
