    Always a gamble buying a rug online, not here! The description was accurate and backed up by several good quality pictures. The rug arrived well packaged, in good condition and promptly. It’s a lovely rug, excellent design and a lovely depth of pile. You can tell the rug has been professionally cleaned, it’s pleasantly smelling and soft to touch. All in all, a great seller with rugs to suit all budgets! If there was a negative, just that it would have been nice to track the package.

    Received my rug today. Courier just dumped it in front of my door and left it. Packaging all torn - luckily it wasn’t raining. However it was delivered very quickly and is a truly beautiful rug, just as described and no damage, stains or wear so I am VERY happy with it and would buy from you again. What packaging there was, got damaged in transit, although there was no damage to the rug itself. An excellent purchase from a fine seller, who I heartily recommend.
