    Had an issue with shipping and damage to the Royal Bonn clock case. Packaged well enough, mishandled in transit. Shame, as it was a beautiful version. One could say “minimal damage”. If a Bonn has damage that has missing glazing, value diminishes rapidly. As was the case, through negotiation, we settled on a partial refund. With no fault at all on the seller’s part, I commend you. And will be happy to do business in the future. Thank you.

    Great Seller- Fair price- would buy from again- Unit was as described.... arrived in good condition & works properly: which was truly amazing because the Postal Service brutally rerouted it through several states, so consequently the packaging was pretty ripped up.
