    Seller had quick shipping and the boots were wrapped up in bubble wrap, overall well packaged. Boots did have some issues that were not mentioned, as the soles of the shoes were ripping off. As soon as I contacted the seller about this issue, she was extremely kind and she assisted me in receiving a partial refund as she did not know the boots were damaged. Great communication and I'm glad I was able to be compensated as I still loved the boots, will just have to repair them.
