The seller promptly replaced the money that I spent on shipping and credited the cost of the two pillows within hours of being told about the situation. Unfortunately, I never did see the pillows because I couldn't wait until the other recipient returned the pillows and they were properly sent to me. The packaging on the elf was spectacular. The item was a good value and as described.
