I contacted the seller directly to try to resolve the issue, but they kept trying to dodge responsibility despite having initially admitted in their first reply that they couldn't stand by the listing description. In the end, thankfully, eBay helped with their Money Back Guarantee.

      moria-3742 was not satisfied with the way this item worked and made false accusations that the listing was not as described. After an appeal, eBay agreed with me, and refunded me this combative buyer's unwarranted initial refund, and dismissed his false claims.
