    Thank you for careful packing. I did find Roo loose in box and not sure hoe to get back in Kanga pouch. One suggestion. The box was put by garage which is not protected from rain but where we get our chewie boxes of feed left. Maybe better rain protection buy considering how much effort you went to in exceptional packing I feel bad to even mention. The drivers are so rushed and used to us being home but we are not always here sadly. Thank you again for excellent intern and communication. Anita
