      I contacted this seller BEFORE leaving a review. Seller did not check her ad well before posting. She posted the description for the wrong jacket (quarter zip vs full zip) along with the wrong color description in two separate places in her ad. When the jacket arrived I sent her a message requesting a refund because it was the wrong color. She refused to take responsibility and even had the audacity to call me “Karen” for not accepting the wrong jacket. It was supposed to be blue. It was grey.

      After sending multiple messages to the buyer regarding her issue with the jacket, she called me LAZY several times. I try my best as a seller to meet expectations and sometimes, I just can't. I'm not amazon, I'm just a husband, dad, trying to provide extra income. Unfortunately, this person was unhappy. They were unable to distinguish between gray and blue. She seems to be an unhappy person and unfortunately, nothing I can do can change that.
