    Item is as described, value was great, packaging was good, but the shipping was an issue. Use a standard letter sized envelope for shipping and not a small envelope because smaller envelopes can cause issues with postage. Seller did issue a partial refund for the shipping delays and did communicate with me.

But if someone wanted a specific numbered card, they would have received a different numbered card. Other than that, shipping time was great, and shipped in bubble wrapper and great price. Thank you.
