Everything came as shown and described in the picture and it was packaged nicely (item and accessories in a bag, wrapped in bubble wrap, then securely stuffed into the box between crumpled construction paper. This epilator is also discontinued by the manufacturer, and is superior to the product they currently have on retail, so any price would have been worth it but it was still priced under retail, thank you!
