The bottle wasn't adequately protected in shipping, so the pump unscrewed in transit, came through the sealed plastic bag and leaked all over itself, the bag, and some of the craft paper packaging and box, then dried into a sticky muck before I returned from a long vacation and picked up the package at my PO box. Seller was sympathetic, and gave a partial refund for my hassle, the bit of lost shampoo and cleaning effort. All good.
