    You can definitely trust this seller. I bought an open boxed breville. It arrived promptly and although it was well-packed there was a crack in the water tank. I notified seller. She quickly responded, apologized and sent a new water tank by express mail (no charge to me.) New tank arrived quickly. Machine works great. Essentially a new machine. Seller provided pics that showed a few scratches, but they don't show. And the discount offered was substantial. Couldn't be happier.

    The product was as described. I received a message 4 days after the order was placed that " seller is packing your item " which amounted to slapping a shipping label on the factory supplied box. That indicated it took four days to find the time to process the order. This was about 30% off retail price so I guess patience will save you money.
