ordered compound they sent wax they wanted picture so i sent picture 1 week later they said when they receive item back, they issue refund. waited 2 weeks called them for status never heard from them or got refund. All the years I'm using Ebay this is the first time this happened never a problem with anybody else with return or refund. Will be going on other sights to let people know about this company. This is the worst transaction I've ever gone through. Going to have to take the loss.
