Tale comunicazione deve contenere i codici dei prodotti che si intende restituire nonché indicazioni sulle modalità di rimborso della spesa sostenuta (vaglia, bonifico, ecc…) ed eventuali coordinate bancarie e in allegato la copia autentica del documento fiscale allegato alla merce in fase di consegna con la scritta apposta di proprio pugno “esercizio del diritto di recesso in data gg/mm/aaaa” e firmata dal mittente del documento stesso.
