I’ve ticked positive as the material is excellent as usual from Pandoras but was not happy with the delivery service of DX. The tracking kept saying it will be delivered on the Tuesday, giving the times etc. By 10pm I knew it wouldn’t be coming even though it was saying out for delivery. 3 days I went through this. I tried to contact the company and I presume it was noted and my material ended up in Dartford (not near me). The next day it arrived after this and by the time stated.
