Aspettavo il casco che avevo ordinato(e pagato) ma invece ho visto arrivare un rimborso dell’importo pagato. Quando ho visto dalla App che l’ordine era stato annullato perché IO AVREI DATO DISDETTA ho provato a contattare il venditore scrivendogli un paio di messaggi ma non ho ricevuto risposta. Esperienza molto negativa: avevo promesso il casco in regalo a mio nipote e sarebbe dovuto arrivare in tempo invece … e poi non ricevere nessuna risposta è stato molto antipatico.
