Shipping And Handling All goods from BLAM Ltd are shipped via our specified courier and Royal Mail / Parcel Force / TNT. As per courier requirements each item will be charged at the higher of actual weight or volumetric weight. The courier charge is calculated in units of 0.500kgs with a 10% packing weight allowance added. There is no extra charge for packaging or handling. In some cases, international parcels may be subject to Tax/Customs charges by your own countries Tax & Customs laws, this is the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery Schedule Delivery Schedule We aim to deliver your order within 14 days, however we accept no liability for goods being delayed through no fault of our own. In the unlikely event that you have not recieved your goods within 21 days then please contact us.

Goods are normally despatched within 1-2 working days of recieving the order. Goods are sent via our recommended courier or Royal Mail / Parcel Force for deliveries within the UK. International deliveries are sent via Royal Mail / Parcel Force below 2kg, anything over this weight will be sent via TNT. We do not take responsibility for customs or tax charges, chargeable to you that your country may apply to your goods.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery a calling card will be left detailing where your goods can be collected or when another delivery will be made. A signature will be required. (Preferably the signature of the card holder).

In case of goods being out of stock, shipments are done as soon as goods have been produced for your order.
