We cannot be held responsible for manufacturer’s faults, BUT we will honour our terms and conditions, faulty products must be reported within 48 hours of purchase for a full instructions of replacement / refund of The Bid / Buying Amount at our discretion. Unwanted Items – Returns
We offer a 7-day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods, we will refund the price of the goods provided that they are returned unused and in original condition, together with the original packaging (if applicable), within 7 days of the date of the invoice. You must take reasonable care of the item/s and must not open them. You will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from your address. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items damaged or lost in the post so advice you take out postal insurance. To cancel your order you must advise us by email or in writing.

After successfully winning an item, please make your payment within (5 Days) Please note: Full payment is expected within 5 Days of our BUY IT NOW or AUCTIONS otherwise item will be resold
Faulty / Damaged Items - Returns
We will endeavour to replace all damaged items or give a refund of the bid / buying amount at our discretion. Any refund amount will only cover the amount of your purchase bid and will not include any postage and packaging.
Delivery
All items will be sent by Royal Mail, City Link, DPD and UK Mail
We are not responsible for delivery times.
Delivery times are provided by the carrier, excluding weekends and bank holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. Items will be dispatched to the address as listed on your eBay account.
However if a Buyer want to change the delivery address then need to contact us via eBay before making a payment.
We do accept returns. However if a customer missed the delivery two times and we received the item back from the courier there will be a charge of 5.00 deducted, Then buyer needs to pay £3.95 for redelivery or we can issue refund by deducting the delivery cost £3.95 and the £5.00 for return. Furthermore if buyer changes their mind or the item is not required then they can send it back to us at their own cost and we will issue the refund by deducting the delivery cost £3.95.
