Per ottenere tale rimborso, l'acquirente si impegnerà a rispedire a sue spese la merce alla EURO PLANET, che verificata l'integrità e la qualità della stessa così come era stata spedita, emetterà rimborso a favore dell'acquirente entro 14 giorni dalla ricezione della merce tramite metodo scelto dal collezionista, esclusi vaglia e assegni.
