Absurd customs charges equal to the purchase price. Not sure why this is - other than this company placed a higher value on the item rather than quoting the purchase price. I am paying double now with the customs duties over the purchase price. AVOID this seller. SERIOUSLY avoid buying from this seller if you are in North America.

How am I supposed to have the control over the customs regulations of your country? I declare the price of the item, without the shippings, so I did not placed any higher value. You received the invoice as well and you can check if we eventually did it.
The only thing I recommend you is to be more aware of the customs regulations and the legislation of your country. It is all clear and visible on their website.

How about including the correct invoice with the item shipped. Last year I purchased a Fujifilm 250mm lens from this company. I recently purchased the filter. This is my last purchase. Why? Because they transmitted the invoice for the lens I purchased at 1800 Euro to UPS to accompany a 155 Euro filter holder. I have spent two hours dealing with UPS to straighten this out and providing proof that this was a filter. So, yes, how checking your own house and doing the right thing when you ship.
