Seller claimed he listed item as a local pick up item, and he could not find shipper. eBay charged me for price of item plus sale tax, shipping cost, a total of $1,612.75, but failed to keep their commitment. Until now, I still did not get this 3 wheel scooter. I just want to cancel this purchase and request a refund. Period.
