So item arrived minus the securing strap as depicted in the picture listing. contacted seller explained the issue and he apologised and sent out another which arrived today..great I thought but same issue still no securing strap, now I know that it's not essential but if this the case, they wouldnt have put them on the originals. The issue here is that I purchased the item from this seller because I wanted to replace the missing one from my car with an identical part, not happened.
