I ordered wound dressings which when arrived were loose in a plastic bag that was not of sufficient size, resulting in these having been rammed into the bag, such that several were crumpled up like used tissues.. hardly suitable for dressing wounds, The whole thing was inadequate and unhygienic . the courier updates were non existent and the courier was YODEL and NOT Royal Mail as indicated. Yodel dropped the package near my door without a knock despite me being in the room next to the door.
