I don’t leave bad reviews, but this experience was so bad. The customer service from this seller was atrocious. My item was clearly lost in the mail (weeks of no tracking updates) but the seller refused to resolve the issue. They wanted to hear back from the shipping service first, which they never did. I wanted replacement items and not a refund, but I had to escalate the issue with eBay, and they only “resolved the issue” the day before eBay got involved by refunding. Do not buy from here!
