Seller notes: “This particular example is in excellent used condition, having very obviously been carefully looked ... “This particular example is in excellent used condition, having very obviously been carefully looked after, there really is not a mark on it. The optics are very clear, with just a few light cleaning marks and just a few tiny motes of internal dust visible when the lens is held up to the daylight. The barrel retains its high polished nickel finish and all markings are present and enjoy excellent contrast. Mechanically, the focus movement is nicely damped, the aperture stopping down from f1.9 to f16 without any fuss at all, opening and closing an iris formed by no less than twenty blinds, forming the near circular aperture which gives the best rangefinder lenses their legendary Bokeh. There is no trace of any oil or fungus. One of the blinds has come adrift, as you can see, but does not seem to have any effect on the final image as it is, although I have obviously taken it into account in the asking price.”
