Ordered and paid for a rzr jump seat. After the item arrival date passed, it still had not been shipped.I asked for a refund. The seller called me to tell me that had tried to contact me, blaming eBay for not working and not delivering the message, and asked for an extra $75 American to ship the seat. While I can’t prove that the eBay message system didn’t work properly, I had sent and received messages from them two days after the initial order was made. So I’m inclined to think otherwise.
