Very pleased with the customer service and communication from Kristie working with me to create the perfect sign. The overall design was exactly what I envisioned and came out fantastic! My only concern is the quality of the wood itself. My initial surprise was how light the sign is as I was anticipating a heavy, single piece of carved hardwood however, it almost feels like sections of balsa wood glued together which I feel may impact the integrity when standing up to harsher weather.
