I have contact the buyer regarding the damaged “new item”. The seller is not responding in regards to item that was wrongfully posted as new. The dress arrived with a broken zipper and I have tried contact them regarding a refund multiple times with a very delayed message. No attempt has been made to rectify the damaged issue. Very disappointing.
