A:Once your item is paid, we typically ship within 2 days. (Unless it is a special order or embroidered item.

A:We do offer International Shipping on some but not all items. Please check each individual listing.

Q:How do I return an item?
A:Please contact us within 7-14 days of receiving your item. We will then provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item. Please note that you, the customer, are responsible for return shipping fees.
Q:Are there any Return fees?
A:We do not charge you any fees for a return. You, the customer are responsible to ship your item back to us. Once we have received the item back you will receive a credit for the purchase price of your item.
Q:Do you offer combined shipping for multiple items?
A:We do offer combined shipping. You will pay full price shipping on the item with the highest shipping fee. On each additional item you will receive 20% off the shipping fee.
Q:Do you accept returns?
A:Yes, however we only sell new items. Therefore, your returned item must be new with all tags still attached and in the original packaging. If it is not, we are unable to take it back.
