The lithium battery arrived dented; it had been posted in a thin brown envelope. It is difficult to see how this complied with the requirements of the Post Office for safe transit of a potentially dangerous package. The Seller agreed to a return and provided a postage label. When taken to the Post Office the label was ‘rejected’ as it had been ‘used before’. The Seller’s response was "just put the package in a post box". This has little chance of a successful refund without any tracking info.
