I wouldn't call the item "new." It is unopened, not necessarily new. Also not too impressed that it came in a bubble mailer, especially with $6.95 shipping cost on top. The condition of the item was already expected, with the bent cardback and all. That was specifically shown in the pictures and description. But the nice thing is that this figure is going in the Haslab Cantina playset. So it's going to be opened anyway. It did have a decent price, but I wouldn't say that it was great. Not bad!
