Enailed to confirm functional/fitment only to rec defective towbar hole for the pin was 0.6 mm to small, after nearly 2 weeks of emails some stating it wasn't until I proved it was 100% defensive an stated I was seeking legal advice for loss of time/wages, Soon after I received a Fully functional towbar so my customer was eventally pleased. This could have been delt much simpler and quicker. I think I'm being very reasonable giving neutral fb considering the stress and mither I've delt with
