La comunicazione può essere inviata, entro lo stesso termine, anche mediante telegramma o fax, a condizione che sia confermata mediante lettera raccomandata con avviso di ricevimento entro le 48 ore successive, pena la decadenza del diritto stesso.

Tale comunicazione deve contenere i codici dei prodotti che si intende restituire nonché indicazioni sulle modalità di rimborso della spesa sostenuta (vaglia, bonifico, ecc…) ed eventuali coordinate bancarie e in allegato la copia autentica del documento fiscale allegato alla merce in fase di consegna con la scritta apposta di proprio pugno “esercizio del diritto di recesso in data gg/mm/aaaa” e firmata dal mittente del documento stesso.
