Item stuck in Preston Sorting office for over 1 1/2 weeks (and still is) according to the tracking. Still not received and seller will not replace yet.

Apologies. Unless 10 working days have passed Royal Mail consider the parcel still in transit. Once the 10 days passed we checked if you had received the taps and then sent you a replacement order you've now received. Apologies again, I hope you understand once the parcel is with Royal Mail its progress is out of our hands.
