I think EBay should not charge buyers card until package arrives and canceled if not arrived by expected delivery date. Seller can always claim if item have been lost. This have been a common issue ordering from Guam. Money is pulled waiting over a month and seller will not refund. Please help requested a refund a couple times and finally replied and said to wait longer. Experience and services getting worst.

Got my order but the delivery company delivered it to the wrong house and I had to go looking for it , I would suggest to the delivery company to take picture of delivery address and house and package so a person has a reference to where it went and what house delivery driver needs to do a better job of address confirmation to make sure the delivery address is correct.
