The Pentax MCP-F 100 mm - 300 mm lens has a filter diameter of 58 mm and a minimum focus of 150 cm, as well as a maximum aperture of f/4.5 - f/5.6 and a minimum aperture of f/32 - f/38. The Pentax MCP-F lens has a focus ring that turns smoothly and which is situated almost two inches from the zoom ring, making it user-friendly for people prone to accidentally turning the focusing ring instead of the zoom ring. There is a display for focusing distance in both feet and meters, as on most older lenses, which shows between 5 feet to 50 feet and infinity. This autofocus zoom lens assists photographers in taking movement shots without having to fuse with the focus or zoom. This Pentax MCP-F lens is 6.1 inches in length and weighs in at 1.3 lbs. This Pentax MCP-F 100 mm - 300 mm lens optical construction consists of 12 elements, eight groups, and nine blades. This lens is ideal for photographers who wish to capture pictures of wildlife or sporting events.
