I was so impressed with the DVD presentation (with it's riveting visual presentation), that I had to get the CD so I could give the music my full attention. As this concert was the first time Lou Reed had sung this set since the release of the original CD, It's worth noting that he was thoroughly enjoying himself and connected to all the musicians. This may add to the enjoyment for anyone listening to the CD, especially, if they haven't seen the quality of the performance on DVD.
