    We love the rug however, it's the seller we are unhappy with. We contacted the seller to let him know that then rug was shipped without being rolled on a tube. This resulted in the rug being wrinkled and not lying flat. He said that several people had complained about this and assured us that it would flatten out over time. It has been a month, and the wrinkles are still there! Instead of taking action to correct the shipping problem many have reported, he says wait and see. See photos
