I had asked for a custom name engraving both here on Ebay as well as on their Indian phone number but I never received a response and while the flutes sound good, they all come with the default name engraving. The A# bass flute has a lot of blemishes and black marks both inside and outside and doesn't look professional at all.
Not too happy with this purchase this time compared to my previous one!
If the seller responded to messages, it would've been better as well.
