NOT a great experience, I was supplied the wrong turbo, I understand that mistakes do sometimes happen, then it is all about how the issues are resolved and this was a poor experience.
That said, after starting the return, I received my deposit and refund fairly quickly, hence three stars.

DO NOT buy a turbo from this place paid a mobile mechanic to fit a reconditioned one from here after 5 minutes of running didn't even drive it! It blew. Contacted the seller they said return it and "we will do a investigation" the day it returned to the sellers address they gave me I asked for a refund the seller then changed the story and said the turbo had to be sent to there other location overall bad experience don't recommend had to get ebay to step in for my refund.
