The item was fine however, the seller refused to honour the buy 3 get 1 free offer despite m buying four items clearly labelled as part of this offer and also coming up in the offer search. Many exchanged messages with different names refusing to honour this, despite me sending clear screenshot proof I was right.
I had to open a return/dispute case through eBay chat. EBay were great, and my issue is now resolved but the seller should have got things right to begin with. Very disappointed.
