The item was not as described and, with the flaws not mentioned, is not comfortably usable. I made several attempts to contact the seller who did respond to my communication, but not to my issue. I made several attempts beyond the initial interaction, letting the seller know that I judged lack of response the seller's establishing no further concern. I checked ebay's policy and was daunted by the steps necessary for further action. I look at the shoes as a $25 lesson in buying shoes on ebay.

It clearly shows the listing says "no insole" and they are the exact shoes as in the photos.
