Nothing wrong with the product. Delivery said dispatched within 24 hours and 24 hour courier (£16.50 delivery cost) but it took 7 days between payment and delivery! I contacted seller, my first message was ignored and then when I messaged them again I was told they thought the delivery time was acceptable and if I wasn’t happy I should send the product back for a refund….which would have been hassle for me to sort out. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Customer did not read ETD/ETA dates clearly displayed in postage area. Also ETD/ETA dates are visible before ordering, furthermore delivery dates are provided to buyers in their purchases section. Please go educated yourself in regards to dates. Just because the advert states we use a 24 hour courier does not mean it will be sent on same day dispatch. 3 days handling is clearly stated.......

Disptatch times and handling times are clearly visible to buyers before purchasing. 3 days handling time is stated in the advert and that we use a "24 hour courier service" when dispatched. Advert stated you are purchasing a nee unpainted lip, further more buyer sent several messages to send it out asap which we did at no extra cost. We offered the buyer a refund/exchange but he wanted to keep the item...
