It was advertised as free shipping. The seller contacted me that it would cost $40 to ship to Hawaii and would I help by paying $20. I agreed and paid the invoice via PayPal on 02/25/23. They said it would be shipped as soon as they received payment but I never received the item. It was never shipped according to the tracking number I was given. I sent the seller emails on 03/14 and 03/15 and received no responses. Had to file claim with ebay and PayPal to get my money fully refunded.

This item is one of 3 CIC lighted buildings I received today. They all were in new condition, packed perfectly and received on day projected. These 3 will be added to my display of over 70 buildings and many accessories. I am always amazed at the detail of the pieces and the fact that I have had so few pieces broken during shipment.
