I ordered this, was really excited, REALLY EXCITED! I LOVE TO BAKE FOR MY FAMILY! and I'm teaching my 4 year old grandson to bake, there was a hole in the plastic bag,and half of the starter was still in the envelope. I contacted them, told me it looked beautiful, maybe it did but it's not bubbling and it's day 7, was I supposed to add the rest of the starter from the envelope!? Nevermind I bought 2 from someone else. Maybe this will turn out better, better communication ♥️ this time. Good luck.

I'm surprised that our shipping department did not reship you a new order, we do not like it when usps damages our product. We will look into where we dropped the ball.

My starter is really taking off! Gray directions, easy to follow. One key thing to note, is that the temperature needs to be warm. I live in San Francisco and my house is around 60 degrees all year. Too cold for starter. I used a heating pad on low and the starter is loving it.
