Il cliente, per legge, ha diritto di recedere dall'ordine. Per recedere dall'acquisto dovrà comunicare tale volontà entro e non oltre 14 giorni dal ricevimento dei prodotti acquistati. La comunicazione dovrà essere effettuata tramite email e dovrà specificare i prodotti acquistati, il numero d'ordine relativo e la volontà di recedere dall'acquisto. Il nostro servizio Clienti risponderà via e-mail dando autorizzazione al reso delle merci.

Il cliente è tenuto ad inviare tramite corriere e a sue spese, entro i 14 giorni successivi all'autorizzazione al reso, la merce così come gli è pervenuta cioè assolutamente nuova, non usata, completa di tutte le sue parti e negli imballi originali (buste e confezioni), disponendola in imballo adeguato in modo da garantirne l'integrità durante il trasporto.

La non osservanza di questi principi rende inapplicabile il diritto di recesso.

In caso di ripensamento o per altre motivazioni di cui non siamo responsabili, le spese di spedizione non verrano rimborsate.

Entro 7 giorni dal ricevimento della merce Amante Srl effettuerà il bonifico di accredito per l'esatto importo (spese di spedizioni escluse) che il cliente ha versato per l'acquisto della merce ordinata sulle coordinate bancarie comunicateci dal cliente. Le uniche spese che il cliente deve sostenere quindi, per avvalersi del diritto di recesso, sono le spese di trasporto del corriere per l'invio della merce presso la nostra sede.

La merce viaggia con rischio a carico del Cliente. Pertanto, in caso di smarrimento del pacco, oggetto del recesso, Amante Merceria non sarà obbligata al rimborso.

IMPORTANTE: la merce dovrà pervenire in perfette condizioni (sia la confezione originale che l'articolo al suo interno), inviatoci in imballo adeguato alla protezione degli articoli stessi (vietate buste, solo scatole in cartone).

Ci riserviamo il diritto di respingere la merce se non rispetta le soprascritte condizioni.

Il diritto di recesso non si applica:
