The seeds were delivered in timely manner to the UK. Can't tell what's going to grow out of them but can comment on the germination rate. Altogether, I bought 30 astrophytum asterias v-type seeds. The exact number of seeds was sent. I used the takeaway TEK. Out of 20 super v-type 13 have germinated. Out of 10 v-type "snow" 7 have germinated. The snow variety seems to grow slower in same conditions. The regular v-type seedlings look much better so far.

Arrived as pictured planted in Akadama mix placed in greenhouse shade. I waited 2 and 1/2 weeks before watering. Mushed up after watering for the first time. It’s the chance you take when you buy these guys but I hate it when they do not make it past the first watering.
